Instructions for adding buttons to your blog are included below. To view past buttons, go here, here, and here! Enjoy!
The first thing you will see is a visual representation of the button. Second, you will see the code you need to post that button on your blog. Third, you will see the code for the "Take-a-button" text box you will place beneath the button.
- Copy the code for the latter two, and then you will click the "Layout Tab" on your blog.
- On "Add and Arrange Page Elements" click "Add a Gadget" and select an html/Javascript box.
- Paste the code in that box, and you are ready to go! Now your followers will be able to take a button to show that they are following your blog!
- If you don't like the photo or text I picked for you, send me what you want to nixiao {at} comcast {dot} net. If you just want a different color or shape or size, just say the word. Those are easy changes.

ReplyDeleteOk, so here's where I sound like a complete moron when it comes to computers ... I'm able to get the button on my page, but I can't work out how other people are able to get the button on their page from there. Is this like a simple problem and I'm just incredibly thick?? ha ha! Btw ... I followed the instructions to the letter! :)
ReplyDeleteOkay, it was not your fault. The code broke when I posted it for some reason. I fixed that one. Let me know if there are any others you need fixed!
